Buxlow Manor
Buxlow Manor is a red brick manor house dating from 1678, built in the Elizabethan E-plan style. Two projecting wings have Dutch style gables with segmental pediments at the top. The manor is surrounded by five acres of informal gardens comprising:
- Spring Garden
- Japanese Cherries
- 200 shrub roses
- Specimen trees
- Unique mediaeval statue of East Anglian angel;
- Nelson & Naval memorabilia
Invitation To View
During 2008 there will be five personally guided tours of the house and gardens at Buxlow Manor. All bookings to view must be made through 'Invitation To View' - see their website at www.invitationtoview.co.uk
